People Force hosts CIPD Northants Branch event
People Force is pleased to announce that it is hosting a CIPD Northants Branch event in association with Scott Bader Company on 29th April 2015 starting from 6:00pm at the Scott Bader Commonwealth Centre, Wollaston, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN29 7RJ.
The event, titled “HR Software Journey: from excel sheets to sophisticated technology” explores the transformational journey that HR professionals take from using excel sheets for every day transactional data management to modern day sophisticated tools that contribute in reshaping the way HR operates. This event would be especially useful for those thinking about introducing new HR/Payroll Systems into their HR departments or those that may have outgrown their current systems and processes. Tips will be given on what to look out for during a selection process and how to get the Board “buy-in” for a change programme of this nature, as well as the key ways you can use technology to drive the people agenda within your business.
Pritul Khagram, CEO of People Force will be a lead speaker at the event. Pritul has many years of experience in helping organisations select and implement HR Systems which contribute to the transformation of HR departments. Pritul will demonstrate real life examples of how organisations took the transformational journey from using excel sheets to implementing sophisticated HR technology and how this lead to overall improvement and efficiencies in the running of HR departments.
Sarah O’Connell of Purple Cubed will be the other speaker at the event. She will be taking a look at how organisations are working with clever technology to align their people strategy, drive bottom-line benefits and cascade their unique culture and values.
