Ceridian Dayforce
People Force is a certified Dayforce implementation partner in the UK. People Force has many years of experience in implementing various solutions, including Dayforce, for clients across multiple sectors globally. The People Force Dayforce Practice consists of certified Project Managers and Consultants in HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.
The team, headed up by Nick Waters, has a strong operational HR, payroll and operations background which means they fully understand and appreciate the challenges that these departments face daily. People Force can also take on API integration activities through its excellent technical capabilities. - Support with internal comms
- Represents the internal voice on the project
- Ensures that internal processes are identified and communicated within the solution workshops
- Collates and cleanses the data required to be loaded into Dayforce
- Ensures that the solution meets the client requirements through specific test case scenarios
- Responsible for the internal roll-out of the application and user specific process training
- Where payroll is in scope, support the parallel runs
